This page is the central resource for independent agents working with Jenn through sponsorship or mentorship: expectations, training, tools, booking links, and the key information agents may need long after onboarding is complete.

The two paths are not the same.

Sponsorship is the broader onboarding and business-guidance relationship. Mentorship is the closer support relationship used when an agent needs help with early transactions or is in a required mentor program.

What it means

Sponsorship means Jenn teaches you the ins and outs of eXp, including who to go to, what to do, and where to get support. It is not the sponsor’s role to teach you how to be an agent or grow your business one-on-one.

Benefit: a clear understanding of eXp, plus access to trainings, events, the Real Estate Collective, and weekly calls.

What it means

Mentorship is the hands-on track for agents who need help growing their business through the first three transactions, from listing presentations and open houses to buyer representation, paperwork, and deal flow from start to finish.

Benefit: closer guidance across real transactions with practical support at each step.

Urgent support: if you need help writing an offer, accepting an offer, or handling another true offer-related issue on short notice, Jenn understands that these moments can be last minute. Reach out when you need immediate help and you cannot get support elsewhere.

Boundary: use short-notice support for offer writing, offer acceptance, and similar urgent situations only. Everything else should be booked or scheduled in advance to respect time and work-life balance.

Disclosure: under eXp mentorship, 20% applies, with 10% going to eXp and 10% going to your mentor.

Ongoing support: if you want continued hands-on support after your first three transactions, that support is offered independently by Jennifer Lamont, is not part of eXp’s mentorship program, and carries a 25% mentor fee.

These are the required steps.

The Monday 10:00 a.m. call is mandatory for agents in the mentor program or within the first three months of sponsorship. The Monday 9:00 a.m. call is not mandatory, but it is highly recommended. All other dedicated support time should be booked directly through Jenn’s calendar.

The call starts with what is new and what is working in the business. From there, Jenn opens the room for agent discussion so the group can mastermind through real questions and problems.

Expect roughly 15 to 20 minutes of teaching on topics such as new rules, new regulations, social media, and other ideas that help your business grow. The last 30 to 40 minutes are for questions. Start with a financial win, then move directly into your question. The format runs very similarly to Dan Martell.
